About PaceRibbon
A focused, free set of pace, split and printable race-reference tools.
A clear reference for the numbers you choose
PaceRibbon turns a distance and target time into readable paces, cumulative markers and printable bands. The aim is to keep one precise mathematical plan consistent across the screen, a spreadsheet export and the paper reference you make.
The tools are free to use and do not require registration. Calculations and exports run in your browser. There is no training subscription, participant account or online collection of personal plans.
What the tools cover
- Time, distance, pace and speed conversion.
- Cumulative split tables and explicit two-half time allocations.
- Track whole laps and remaining distance.
- Pace comparisons and bounded finish-time grids.
- Printable PDF/SVG bands with an actual-size calibration line.
Numbers with visible assumptions
Distances have explicit units, finish targets remain intact, and each cumulative row is calculated from the original plan. The explanations show worked examples so the output can be checked. A result expresses the inputs you choose; it is not a prediction of performance or a recommendation for training.
