Tool inputs are processed in your browser

Distance, time, title and note inputs are used by browser-side calculations and exports. Tool workspaces do not include advertising or third-party analytics scripts. A calculation does not need an account or a server database, and custom text is not placed in a parameter share link.

Local saves and preferences

Saved plans and preferences use this browser’s storage. Saved entries may include a name, numerical plan and optional print profile containing the text you chose. The collection is not synchronized to another browser or device. You can delete an entry or clear saved plans, and your browser’s site-data controls can remove the site’s local data.

Storage can be unavailable or cleared. Export a separate file if you want to retain a reference outside the browser. The saved-plan JSON export can include custom text; review it before distributing it.

Share links and downloaded files

A share link includes supported numerical settings in its URL fragment. Titles, notes and saved-plan names are excluded. The person receiving the link can inspect those numerical settings. PDF, SVG, CSV and JSON downloads are handled by your browser and remain subject to your own file-sharing choices.

Hosting and public information pages

Loading the site and its self-hosted assets makes requests to the hosting service. This is not a claim that the whole site makes zero network requests or is always available offline. The host receives the request information necessary to serve the site; deployment-specific retention details belong to the operator’s hosting configuration.

Advertising is not active on PaceRibbon. If advertising is later enabled on public information pages, advertising and consent services can make additional requests and use identifiers according to the configuration shown there. Tool workspaces remain separated from those third-party scripts. The operator must complete the applicable consent and provider configuration before enabling advertising.
