    Use this result with confidence

Compare two to four finish-time targets for the same distance, with clear pace units and CSV export.

    Keep each plan’s inputs visible

Choose two to four plans and enter a finish time for each column. Retain the full distance and finish target beside its pace results. All plans use the same selected total distance, so cumulative differences refer to matching physical locations.

The paces are exactly 5:00/km and 5:30/km. At halfway, the time difference is 2:30; at the finish it is 5:00. The table compares arithmetic plans, without assigning either one to a runner.

Compare stored targets, not rounded labels

Two displayed paces can be close even when their full-distance targets differ. Use the finish values and selected checkpoints to understand that difference. A displayed pace is rounded for reading; the original duration remains the source for each plan.

    Export a compact reference

CSV is useful for assembling a personal worksheet. Keep column headings and units when you copy it into another document. The interface identifies columns as Plan 1 through Plan 4. Save Plan 1 and Share Plan 1 keep only the first plan; use CSV to retain the whole comparison. The comparison does not create a public page or a directory of all possible parameter combinations.

    Common questions

    Can I compare a 5K time with a 10K time?

This table compares two to four finish targets over one shared distance. For different distances, calculate each average pace separately in the running pace calculator. Comparing those paces does not predict an equivalent race result.

How do I keep all four plans?

Download CSV to keep every comparison column. Save Plan 1 and Share Plan 1 retain only the first target. The other targets are not included in a saved-plan JSON backup, so keep the comparison CSV before leaving the page.
